About Keylink Corp (Key Link Consulting)

Based in the Exhibition Tower area of Manama, Keylink Corp is an all-in-one business consultancy that combines company set-up with day-to-day financial administration for small and medium companies and individual investors. Its formation work covers the full Bahraini sequence, from security approval and trade name registration through the notarised deed, bank account and commercial registration, and it explicitly addresses overseas founders through guidance on foreign ownership of up to 99 or 100 percent and the registration of branches of foreign companies. After incorporation the firm stays on as the outsourced finance function, preparing books, financial statements and payroll, and advising on compliance with Bahraini tax rules. A small multi-person team supports clients, and the founder is named on the About page. The site is in English, and the firm also helps arrange residence permits and work visas for investors and staff.
