What Accountanty is
Accountanty is an independent directory of accounting firms and corporate service providers, with general guides on setting up a company in each jurisdiction. It is not an accounting firm, a law firm or a tax adviser, and nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. The guides are general information; rules, rates and fees change, so check them with the official sources and with a qualified adviser before you act.
Firm profiles
Profiles are written from the information each firm publishes about itself. We take care to describe firms accurately but do not guarantee that a profile is complete, current or correct, and we do not verify licences with regulators. A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Featured firms are marked "Featured". Firms are independent businesses: any agreement you make is between you and the firm, which is solely responsible for its services and fees.
Quote requests
A quote request is free for you and creates no obligation. We review each request and decide which firms to forward it to; we cannot promise that a firm will answer, accept your work or offer a particular price. Please send accurate information and do not use the forms for unsolicited marketing or unlawful purposes. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Use of the site
You may read, print and link to pages for your own use. You may not copy the directory or its profiles in bulk, scrape it, or reuse its content for another directory or database without our written permission. The texts, the design and the compilation of the directory belong to Clientment OÜ; firm names belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
Guides link to official sources such as company registries and tax authorities. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Clientment OÜ is not liable for loss arising from the use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from the services of any firm listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Firms and individuals can ask us to correct or remove information at info@accountanty.com or through Join Accountanty.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
