About KTA Tax

Founded in 1997 and based on Merrion Square in Dublin, this independent Irish tax practice concentrates on private clients and their families. A dedicated line covers people moving to and from Ireland: pre-arrival structuring for expatriates and foreign-domiciled individuals, residence and domicile questions, the remittance basis, advice for non-resident owners of Irish property, and planning for Irish individuals relocating to other countries. The team, led by a director who also serves as chief executive and sits on an international tax specialist group, handles employment tax, estate planning, company sales and restructuring, investment and pension taxation, and disputes with Revenue.
