Formerly trading as Jump Accounting, Rise Accounting is a digital-first practice in London's Finsbury Pavement with a second office in Dubai Hills Business Park. It says the rebrand reflects five years of clients outgrowing the UK market, and it now pairs routine UK accounting for startups and fast-growing SMEs with support for expansion abroad. Each client is assigned a dedicated Chartered Accountant who works inside the client's own tools and messaging channels. On the international side, the firm helps British founders form companies in Dubai free zones or on the mainland, supports UAE corporate tax and tax residency certificate applications, and, through US-based Certified Public Accountants, assists with setting up and running American entities. It also serves Dubai-based founders who keep UK pensions, property or companies. Sector experience covers technology, hospitality, e-commerce and marketing agencies, and the firm belongs to a wider group that offers formation and software development.

UK work includes bookkeeping on Xero or QuickBooks, year-end accounts, confirmation statements, corporation tax, VAT returns, payroll and pensions, management accounts and an outsourced finance function. Advisory covers EMI option schemes, SEIS and EIS advance assurance, forecasting and valuations. Cross-border services include Dubai company formation, bank and insurance introductions, UAE corporate tax and VAT compliance, payroll, annual accounts, and US entity formation, sales tax filings, payroll setup and audit preparation, delivered with US CPA colleagues.
