About Centralis Cayman Limited

Centralis Group was founded in Luxembourg in 2006, and its Cayman company operates from One Capital Place in George Town. The group reports more than 2,000 clients, over 500 professionals and operations in 13 jurisdictions, serving institutional asset managers, private equity and hedge fund sponsors, real estate funds, family offices and multinational corporates. It presents itself as an independent provider that is not tied to a bank or asset manager. For corporates it offers entity management, company secretarial work, director services, registered office facilities and regulatory filings across borders, and it supports companies that are expanding into new markets with structuring, licensing and governance. Fund and SPV clients receive formation, accounting, financial reporting and administration. Treasury, loan agency, governance and compliance, and tax and compliance services complete the range. As a member of a multi-country group, the Cayman office is aimed at institutional mandates and does not publish prices.
