Working on both sides of the Channel, NLE is an Anglo-French accountancy practice with offices in Paris and London, set up in the United Kingdom in 2001 and present in France since 2006. Its bilingual teams serve start-ups, SMEs and international groups that have head offices, subsidiaries or affiliates in France, the UK or both, as well as individuals with tax affairs in the two countries. The firm registers companies for clients expanding into France or Britain, including incorporation with Companies House, and then keeps the books and handles corporation tax, VAT and payroll under French or UK rules. Foreign employers can have a French payroll set up and be registered with URSSAF, and expatriate executives receive personal tax support. The team includes ACCA and ICAEW qualified accountants alongside French chartered accountants, and one tax adviser also speaks Greek. Fees follow a fixed-fee policy quoted on request.
