About Eurex

Active for more than sixty years, Eurex is a French accounting, audit and advisory group with around 60 offices and some 850 staff, including the Paris, Lyon and Nice practices listed on Maps, serving about 15,000 clients. Alongside its domestic work for small businesses, liberal professions, associations, hospitality and public entities, it runs an international department aimed at foreign companies that want to open a French subsidiary or expand into Europe, presented on a dedicated page in English as well as in French. For these clients it studies the establishment options and structure, incorporates SARL, SAS or branch entities, arranges domiciliation and fiscal representation, and then handles payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting under local and international standards. Eurex is a member of the SFAI Global network, which it uses to coordinate cross-border engagements with partner firms abroad. BNP Paribas Développement has taken a stake in its capital. The group also offers statutory audit, payroll and HR, legal secretarial work and wealth advice.
