About NR Avocats

Founded by Paris Bar tax lawyer Nicolas Rozenbaum, NR Avocats is a small Paris practice concentrating on personal and corporate taxation for private clients, executives and companies across France. Its founder previously worked at institutions including CMS Francis Lefebvre and the international department of FIDAL, and he works bilingually in French and English with taxpayers whose affairs straddle France and other countries. The firm handles the incorporation of companies itself, from choosing between an SCI, a family SARL or an SAS to drafting the articles and completing the registration formalities. On the tax side it prepares income tax and IFI returns, including those of internationally mobile employees and non-residents with French-source income, and advises on tax residence, exit tax, double taxation treaties and the regularisation of foreign accounts. Tax audits and litigation, real estate taxation, inheritance and Dutreil business transfers complete a practice that publishes its fee structure on an English version of the website.
