Auren operates in Germany as part of an integrated multidisciplinary group with its own offices in Spain, Portugal, Latin America, Israel, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and the Berlin office in Wallstraße is one of a dozen German locations. The German practice offers audit, tax, legal, consulting and corporate finance services to medium-sized businesses and private clients. For foreign companies it runs dedicated inbound services that help international groups establish and operate a subsidiary in Germany, covering structuring, German compliance, corporate law, international accounting and HR, coordinated by a single contact person. International desks, including a Germany-Spain desk and a Germany-Israel desk, support cross-border market entry. A global mobility line handles international assignments, employment contracts, visa applications and related tax and social security questions. Day-to-day work includes bookkeeping, payroll, annual statements, corporate tax returns and VAT compliance at national and international level.
