About Büroservice PROFIT GbR

Since 2015 Büroservice PROFIT has supported Polish companies, Poles living in Germany and people planning to work there from its Berlin office, with a website written in Polish and service offered in Polish and German, either in person or remotely. Its formation work covers the opening of a sole proprietorship, including for people without a German residence registration, and the registration of a Polish company in Germany, with the application for a tax number and for the construction withholding tax exemption certificate; it also handles the closing of a business when needed. The office keeps the books for sole traders, companies and individuals operating in Germany and Poland, prepares the forms and documents required by German institutions and assists with VAT registration. For individuals it organises income tax refunds, child benefit and parental allowance claims. Clients outside Berlin, in other German regions or in Poland, are served online.

Services

Ongoing services cover bookkeeping for sole traders, companies and individuals, preparation of official forms and documentation, construction withholding tax matters, income tax refunds, and child benefit and parental allowance applications.
