Founded more than eighty years ago, FALK is an independent audit and tax group with ten locations in six German states, including this Berlin office, and its core geographical focus in the south-west. As a member of the Praxity alliance it works with cooperation partners abroad, and its international services page describes a China desk offering transaction support, audits, IFRS or US GAAP conversion, transfer pricing, financial accounting and payroll. Foreign companies can also use a VAT service, while the tax practice advises businesses relocating to or from Germany and covers the taxation of expats and inpats.
