Tracing its origins to an audit and tax practice founded in 1949, the BRB group now operates eight offices across Hamburg, Lüneburg, Schwerin, Schleswig-Holstein and Rostock with nearly 100 employees. Tax advisers, auditors and lawyers work together, and the legal team handles company formations for partnerships and corporations, from planning the structure to implementing the incorporation with the partnership agreement or articles. The tax department lists inbound tax advice for German subsidiaries and permanent establishments of foreign companies, international structuring and administration, and payroll that covers expatriates as well as local staff. Clients range from start-ups to family firms, medium-sized groups and tax-privileged non-profit bodies. Individual advisers state English, Turkish and Kurdish.
