Innova Accounting & Business Services

About Innova Accounting & Business Services

Based in Naxxar, in the north of the main island, this small Maltese practice presents itself as an outsourced accounting and back-office partner for local businesses. Its public website is brief and organises the offer into a handful of areas: accounting, payroll, business formation, back-office support and property management, with a virtual office option highlighted on the front page. The firm describes its approach with the words professional, dedicated and reliable, and says it tailors its services to the needs of each client. No founding year, team size, professional licences or fee levels are published online, and the site is written in English only. It does not present a dedicated section for foreign or non-resident clients, so its audience appears to be mainly owners of businesses already operating in Malta who prefer to outsource day-to-day administration instead of hiring internal staff.

Services

Outsourced accounting and back-office support for companies, including payroll processing that clients can hand over entirely. Business formation is listed as a separate service line, alongside property management for owners who need administrative help with their real estate. A virtual office option is advertised on the homepage for businesses that need a Maltese business address without renting premises. The site gives no further detail on tax returns, VAT, secretarial or audit work, so these are not recorded here.
