About Moore Audit One

Founded in the summer of 1999 by Ana Dinca, this Bucharest audit and tax practice started with tax consultancy and later added financial audit, internal audit, EU-funds audit and accounting. It joined the Moore network in 2007 and adopted the Moore name in 2019. Its website is in Romanian and presents a dedicated service line for non-resident companies from EU and non-EU countries, built on more than ten years of experience: VAT registration in Romania, fiscal representation, purchase and sales ledgers, VAT returns, Intrastat reporting and support during VAT refund inspections. Other services include accounting under Romanian standards with US or IFRS adjustments, payroll and personnel administration, due diligence and in-house training.
