Bucharest tax consultancy and training company led by a tax adviser with more than twenty years of experience gained partly in an international firm. It serves Romanian and foreign businesses on domestic and cross-border taxation, with transfer pricing documentation as a main line and transaction tax support as another. For non-resident clients it handles tax registrations in Romania for VAT, corporate income tax, social contributions and withholding tax, and prepares the related calculations and returns, which gives it a distinct foreign-client offer. The company is authorised by the national tax-consultant and accountant bodies, belongs to the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and is a member of the Integra International network while keeping its own name. A second activity is professional training for accounting, tax and legal practitioners, delivered in-house and through partner organisations. The practice does not offer bookkeeping or company incorporation.
