Independent tax consultancy in Bucharest established in 2006 by partners drawn from global professional-services firms, deliberately kept separate from audit and legal work. It advises multinational groups, local investors and entrepreneurs, investment funds, family offices and wealthy individuals, and shares knowledge with colleagues in the Taxand international tax network while operating under its own name. Practice areas include general corporate and international tax, transactions and M&A, transfer pricing, real estate, tax inspections and litigation, and compliance work. For overseas businesses it acts as VAT agent or fiscal representative and as tax agent for non-Romanian entities with a permanent establishment or property and securities transactions in the country. A named team of partners, directors and managers handles mandates, and the website is available in Romanian and English. The firm does not present company incorporation or bookkeeping as services.
