Since 2019 it runs as four separate companies covering fiduciary management, statutory audit, and anti-money-laundering and prudential audit, with offices in Geneva and Lausanne and a team of about seventeen named professionals. The management entity serves legal and natural persons across Romandy sectors, offering bookkeeping, payroll and withholding tax, tax returns for individuals and companies, VAT assistance and management advice. Advisory items include company incorporation, start-ups, business plans, consolidation, liquidations, valuations and directorship mandates. The group is a member of EXPERTsuisse and lists accredited audit experts. It works alongside law firms, notaries and company-administration providers. The English version of the site refers to local and international clients only in general terms, and no prices are published.
