CONSAVO is an owner-managed group with a legal arm and a fiduciary arm, based in Zurich with further offices in Zug and Kobe, Japan. Its stated orientation is international: foreign subsidiaries of overseas groups, European online retailers moving into the Swiss market, and above all Japanese businesses, which are served through a Japan desk and a local Japanese affiliate, with advice available in English, German and Japanese. Founders can have a GmbH or AG set up from legal-form choice through articles, notarisation and commercial register entry, followed by accounting, VAT and payroll with the same team, and a Swiss domicile address and authorised signatory can be arranged. The team of about a dozen people includes attorneys, accountants and client advisers. The firm is certified on a cloud accounting platform, acts as Swiss VAT and customs fiscal representative for foreign companies, and gives a free first consultation; fees are quoted individually.

Services

Formation work includes advice on GmbH or AG, drafting of articles, notarisation, capital contribution account, commercial register entry and VAT registration. Fiduciary services cover bookkeeping, reporting for Swiss subsidiaries in English, annual accounts, payroll and withholding-tax settlement for employees of foreign groups, and tax consulting for companies and individuals. VAT and customs fiscal representation is provided for foreign businesses selling into Switzerland. A domicile address and resident signatory are available on request, and the group helps prepare documentation for statutory and special audits, which are performed by independent partner audit firms.
