Set up in 2022 by Vajid T.T and legal adviser Safa Navas, this Dubai-based consultancy guides entrepreneurs through launching a business anywhere in the seven emirates. It says it has supported more than 250 founders from over 30 nationalities, with a process run largely online so owners abroad need to travel little. The core of the offer is choosing between mainland, free zone and international business company structures, then securing the trade licence, residence visas and a corporate bank account. A separate line serves crypto, blockchain and fintech ventures needing digital-asset licensing in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah. After incorporation the team continues with government paperwork, licence renewals, document attestation, translation, VAT and corporate tax filings and monthly bookkeeping. The firm is small, led by its two founders, and its website is available in English only. Three fixed-fee setup packages are published openly, which is unusual among consultancies of its type.

Company formation covers name reservation, activity classification, memorandum drafting and licensing for mainland, free zone and international business entities, with virtual desk, flexi-desk or leased office options. Related work includes investor, employee, family and golden visas, Emirates ID processing, corporate bank account dossiers and introductions, and PRO tasks such as licence renewals and labour approvals. Tax support covers corporate tax registration, VAT registration and quarterly or annual returns, economic substance and UBO filings, and monthly bookkeeping with management accounts. Liquidation, trademark registration and customs code applications are also offered.
