Its approach starts with the bank account: the company profile is discussed with a bank before the licence application is filed. The founder has worked in international company formation since 2009 and in the UAE since 2013, and a small team that previously worked inside free zones supports him. The service runs from choosing between mainland, free zone, branch, sole establishment and holding structures through to residence visas, Emirates ID, corporate tax registration, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and yearly renewals. Audit and liquidation are passed to outside firms. The firm declines clients motivated only by tax reduction, publishes itemised first-year costs, and does not advise on tax in clients' home countries.

Services

Choice and registration of mainland LLCs, free zone companies including IFZA, Meydan, DMCC, DIFC and RAKEZ, branches of overseas companies and holding entities. Support includes establishment card, entry permit, residence visa and Emirates ID, plus corporate bank account preparation and introductions. In-house accounting covers bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT registration and returns, corporate tax registration and annual returns, and payroll including wage protection filings. Annual licence renewals and visa additions are handled afterwards.
