About Bache Samuels

Bache Samuels is a chartered accountancy practice with an address on Bennetts Hill in central Birmingham and a second office in Leeds. It pairs everyday accounting and tax work with consultancy, HR support and umbrella payroll arrangements, and it has built a niche in e-commerce accounting for marketplace sellers on Amazon FBA, Shopify, Etsy and multi-channel dropshipping models. A distinctive line of work is its support for the Register of Overseas Entities, helping foreign-owned vehicles that hold UK property meet their filing obligations, and it also handles UK and international VAT registrations. Clients can be sole traders, partnerships or limited companies, and initial one-to-one diagnostic calls are offered to scope needs. The website does not list team size, founding year, languages or prices, and company formation is not offered as a named service.

Services

Services include bookkeeping, year-end accounts, corporation tax and self-assessment filings, HMRC registrations, tax planning, company secretarial and Companies House filings, UK and international VAT registration and returns, and payroll administration. Discounted accounting software is arranged for clients. Further offers cover Register of Overseas Entities compliance, e-commerce accounting integrations, business advisory planning, HR recruitment and employer support, and umbrella services. Clients can start with a short diagnostic consultation.
