BDO LLP is the UK member of the BDO International network, with a head office on Baker Street in London and a further fifteen locations across the UK, plus Ireland following a 2026 merger. It employs around 8,500 people and focuses on ambitious, entrepreneurial mid-market businesses as well as listed groups and not-for-profit bodies. For overseas companies it offers a Doing Business in the UK service for international investors, drawing on BDO colleagues in their home jurisdictions, and its International Advisory team works with country specialists and liaison partners; UK-based teams cover China, India and the United States. Its business services unit includes company formation and secretarial work and outsourced accounting. Clients investing in the UK come from Canada, France, Germany, the Nordic region and the US, and the firm publishes a brochure for them in several languages.

Company formation and company secretarial support covers entity set-up, statutory compliance and multi-jurisdictional coordination through the BDO network. Outsourced accounting includes bank reconciliations, ledgers, month-end journals, management accounts, forecasts and year-end reporting. Further services cover payroll, global compliance reporting, strategic tax planning, VAT and indirect taxes, global employer services, private client tax, audit and assurance, and advisory work such as deal advisory, restructuring, forensic accounting and risk advisory.
