Balance-sheet accountant Dubravka Mikalacki founded this bookkeeping office in Vienna's first district at the start of 2022, after training and working in accounting in Serbia and then qualifying in Austria, where she was publicly appointed first as a bookkeeper and in 2023 as a balance-sheet accountant under the Bilanzbuchhaltungsgesetz. The practice takes over current bookkeeping, payroll and annual financial statements for businesses in Vienna and across Austria. Its distinguishing feature is multilingual support: clients are served in German, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian, and the website itself is also published in Serbian, which makes the office a natural contact for entrepreneurs from the former Yugoslav countries living in Austria. For founders it explains the first steps of a new business and supports them up to registration with the competent authorities, while the incorporation itself is not presented as a service.
