About ADEKI

From offices in Lyon and Bayonne, ADEKI provides chartered accounting, payroll, tax, legal and advisory services to entrepreneurs and independent professionals, relying on digital tools for document capture, online invoicing and automated bookkeeping. It was created by founding partner Alban de Saint Victor after ten years in accounting, audit and consulting, largely in international firms. The site has an English page that sets out services for setting up a company in France: drafting the articles of association, registering the company and preparing the French business plan, followed by annual legal secretarial work. In French the same offer appears as a company creation pack for SARL, SAS, SCI and SNC companies. Recurring work covers annual and interim accounts, VAT and corporate tax, European exchange declarations, group tax reporting, payroll and employment law formalities, dashboards and internal audit.
