Founded in 2009 and headquartered at the Cité Internationale in Lyon, INELYS is a chartered accounting and advisory group with around 160 employees and offices across Lyon, Paris, Annecy, Albertville and the Ain department. It works with business owners, founders, buyers, start-ups and companies in difficulty, and its bilingual French and English website includes a dedicated section for foreign groups that own or want to set up a subsidiary in France. For these clients the teams, who state they work in English, implement accounting compliant with French and international standards, report to group norms, handle VAT territoriality, periodic tax returns, payroll in coordination with the parent company and the management of expatriate staff. For new companies the firm drafts the articles of association and handles the registry formalities, then provides bookkeeping, tax advice, statutory audit, payroll and HR services. International tax advice covers tax residence, treaties and exit tax.
