About Duo Decimal

Founded in Nice in 2016 by two partners, Duo Decimal is a chartered accounting and statutory audit firm registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in the PACA region and a member of the Ansemble network of firms in south-east France. It works every day in French, English and Italian, and its website is available in all three languages. French and foreign entrepreneurs, investors and private clients from Saint-Tropez to Menton are its core market, with a dedicated international section for people starting a business or buying property on the Riviera. The firm handles company law and incorporation, from the choice of structure and articles of association to registration, and supports directors relocating to France, French subsidiaries and branches, EU VAT, tax residence and holding structures, drawing on daily experience of Franco-Italian files. For non-resident owners it prepares the annual French tax returns, capital gains calculations and wealth tax on property, working with notaries and advisers abroad.
