Founded in 1989 by Jean-Louis Bottero and now run by Xavier and Sylvain Bottero, JB Audit Conseil is an independent French practice of chartered accountants, auditors and advisers with offices in Nice and Mougins. It belongs to the JPA network and to JPA International while keeping its own name. Its clients are mainly small and medium businesses and their directors on the Côte d'Azur. For new ventures the firm offers a creation service that covers the business plan, advice on the legal form and the handling of the administrative formalities, and its accounting team lists assistance with setting up in France and abroad among its missions. Recurring work spans bookkeeping and accounts, corporate and personal taxation, VAT deadlines, payroll and employment formalities, statutory and contractual audit, business valuation and support for directors on structuring their professional and private assets.
