Set up in 2008 by chartered accountant Alexandre Samama, Audit Expansion is a chartered accountancy and statutory audit practice on avenue Victor Hugo in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. It describes itself as a human-sized firm working for start-ups, SMEs, holding companies and groups, with a strong leaning towards financial direction, reporting, fundraising and debt restructuring. Among the clients named for its outsourced administration offer are foreign companies that want to establish themselves in France, for which it can take over bookkeeping, cash management, tax filings and payroll. For new ventures the firm advises on the legal form and the founder's tax and social status, prepares the business plan and carries out all incorporation formalities with the commercial court registry and the tax office. Once the company is running, it offers ongoing accounting, consolidation, payroll and audit work. The site is in French only and publishes no prices, and no dedicated page for international clients was found.
