Exco is a French group of chartered accountants, auditors and consultants with about 140 offices and 2,500 employees in France and abroad, including its own firms in Poland, Portugal and fourteen African countries; its Paris office at rue de Reuilly serves the capital, alongside offices in Lyon and Nice. The group is a member of Kreston International. Its English-language site presents legal and tax services that include company formation, choice of legal form, drafting of by-laws, annual general meetings, capital increases and tax returns. Accounting and management services, statutory audit, forensic work, business valuation, CSR verification, payroll and HR complete the offer. The international division, branded French Desk, mainly helps French clients set up legal structures abroad, acquire foreign companies and manage expatriate staff; the group states that at least one person in every office speaks English. The site does not describe a programme dedicated to foreign founders establishing a company in France.
