About AGEX

Founded in 1992 in the Yvelines, AGEX is a chartered accountancy and audit group with about 55 people and offices in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, Jouars-Pontchartrain, Le Chesnay, Mèze and, since 2020, Paris. Its clients are mainly founders, small businesses, SMEs and liberal professions, but the firm also runs a dedicated page for French subsidiaries of foreign groups, presented with an English headline about helping international groups set up operations in France. For these clients it lists business registration, a registered address, group reporting, management of accounting and tax obligations, financial statements, payroll, legal work and audit. In 2018 the group created a separate domiciliation company and a payroll company serving businesses beyond its own client base. AGEX belongs to the Talliant network of independent accounting firms. Its partners include chartered accountants and statutory auditors, and the firm also covers business plans, financing searches and social audits.
