Expand CPA, now operating under the ENDRIX name, is a French and US accounting firm with offices in Paris, Lyon and New York. Its bilingual website is organised around foreign clients: foreign companies already established in France or planning to set up there, foreign residents, and American citizens who must file in both countries. For companies entering the French market the firm handles the creation of offices, branches and subsidiaries, company formation and corporate law support, bookkeeping adapted to French and international standards including IFRS and US GAAP, corporate tax filings and treaty questions, payroll, HR and formalities with the national centre for foreign firms. For individuals it prepares French income tax and IFI returns, US federal filings, FBAR and expatriation forms, and advises newcomers on their tax status and double taxation.
