Conceived from the outset for an international clientele, as its name suggests, Interexco is a Paris chartered accountancy firm on boulevard Haussmann with close to 40 years of activity. A large share of its clients are foreign groups and their French subsidiaries, for which it produces group reporting, tax packages and outsourced finance functions under French GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP. Its International Business Services offer includes setting up subsidiaries, fiscal representation, transfer pricing and support for companies establishing themselves in France, and the team also helps with bank account openings, lease negotiations and local introductions. Staff work in French, English, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin and Russian. For founders the firm handles company creation, from the choice of legal form to articles, capital deposit, legal notice and registration through the one-stop business portal. Ongoing services include bookkeeping, corporate tax, CVAE and intra-EU VAT, multilingual payroll, statutory audit and corporate finance advice.
