About JPA

Established in Paris in 1947 and run by Jacques Potdevin, who has led it since 1975, JPA is an independent accounting, audit and advisory group with nine partners and around sixty staff, working from its main office on rue Galilée and a second address on avenue Kléber. The firm is the founding member of JPA International, an association of independent accounting firms that reports more than 200 members in over 85 countries, and it belongs to the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and the Fédération des Cabinets Intermédiaires. Its accounting and tax department handles bookkeeping, corporate and personal taxation and lists assistance with setting up in France or abroad among its services. For new companies the firm takes charge of the administrative formalities of creation, alongside business plan work and advice on the legal form. Statutory audit, contribution and transformation appraisals, business valuation, payroll and HR, and a dedicated practice for associations complete the offer, with several partners also certified for sustainability reporting assurance.
