About Retout & Associés

An independent group of chartered accountants and statutory auditors, Retout & Associés has worked for more than fifteen years with entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized companies and international groups. It employs 125 people across five legal entities and 14 locations in France, with its main office in central Paris and teams in Poissy, Houdan, Lyon, Chambéry and Normandy. Foreign clients are served through International Business Services, a dedicated platform with multicultural teams that supports foreign companies and investors setting up, acquiring or partnering in France and Europe, covering administrative formalities, governance, accounting, tax returns, payroll and audit. The firm also runs its own company creation service, taking charge of drafting the articles, the legal notice and the filing of the incorporation file. Other lines include payroll, legal advice, outsourcing, valuation, business transfers, real estate specialists and IT systems.
