Founded in Frankfurt in October 2008, this owner-managed group brings auditors, tax advisers and lawyers together in legally separate but closely integrated companies, with about 55 staff in Frankfurt, Lampertheim, Berlin and Luxembourg. Medium-sized companies and private individuals form the core clientele, alongside specialisms in real estate, real estate funds and healthcare professions. Foreign companies entering Germany are served through three country desks: a UK Desk set up in 2009, an Italian Desk since 2011 led by a German-Italian lawyer and supported by Italian-speaking tax staff, and a Spanish Desk headed by a Spanish-speaking auditor and tax adviser. These desks handle the establishment of German subsidiaries, branches and representative offices, registration with the authorities, a company address and then ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, annual accounts and reporting to the foreign parent. For foreign entrants the desks cover corporate-law support for setting up subsidiaries, branches and representative offices, registration with tax and other authorities, a business address, bilingual employment and managing director contracts, and secondment advice. Ongoing services include financial and payroll accounting, preliminary VAT returns, annual financial statements and tax returns, reporting to foreign parents including Spanish GAAP, back-office outsourcing, transfer pricing documentation, statutory audits and German income tax returns for Spanish-speaking individuals.
