Founded in Neuss in 1991, this multidisciplinary practice of auditors, tax advisers and lawyers has grown to around 200 staff across Neuss, Leverkusen, Düren, Erkrath and, since 2025, Frankfurt, where it absorbed TREU-GMBH, an audit firm dating from 1921. A dedicated team looks after international clients that want to establish a branch or subsidiary in Germany or already operate one, communicating in German or English and covering inbound business, permanent establishment taxation, the administration of subsidiaries, controlling and reporting, VAT and input-VAT refunds, transfer pricing, employee secondments, customs, employment and social security law.
