Founded in Stuttgart in 1939, this independent audit, tax and legal practice now employs around 140 people across its Stuttgart head office and branches in Munich, Schorndorf and Ludwigsburg. Its clientele is mainly the German upper mid-market, but it runs a dedicated French Desk for French companies operating in Germany, covering audits of German subsidiaries under IFRS or French GAAP, tax advice, transfer pricing, outsourced bookkeeping and payroll, and legal and tax support when French groups set up subsidiaries in Germany. An in-house team of lawyers works alongside the auditors and tax advisers, and a bilingual German and English website presents its international tax services for inbound and outbound structures. The firm is an active member of AGN International, the worldwide association of independent accounting firms, through which it coordinates work in other countries. Partners act as the personal contact for every client relationship.
