About Praxis

Established in 1972 and headquartered in St Peter Port, this independent group employs around 400 people across about a dozen offices in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, London, Malta, Switzerland, the Gulf, Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands. It serves private individuals, families and international corporate clients through four service lines: private wealth, corporate and fund services, pensions and employer solutions, and yacht services. The corporate side covers establishing entities in several jurisdictions, administering them through their life cycle, and supporting funds, with a recently opened DIFC presence in Dubai. A global expansion service helps businesses enter new markets. Individual group companies are regulated locally, and the group states that it does not give tax or financial advice. Services

Entity formation covers registration of companies, trusts, foundations, partnerships and family investment companies, with advice on jurisdiction and structure. Ongoing work includes registered office and domiciliation, provision of directors and company secretaries, statutory filings, bookkeeping, financial statements, banking relationship support and payroll and HR outsourcing. Compliance support deals with KYC, AML, CRS, FATCA and economic substance. Further lines include fund administration, pensions and employer plans, and yacht ownership, registration, crew employment and European VAT management.
