About UAB „FA Service“

Established in 2008, FA Service is a Kaunas accounting company working mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises. It keeps books under Lithuanian law, Lithuanian business accounting standards or international accounting standards, using accounting software installed on portable computers so that staff can also work from the client's office. The firm covers the full accounting cycle and represents clients before the tax inspectorate and the social insurance fund, including during inspections. Tax consultations on profit tax, VAT, personal income tax, real estate tax and social insurance are given orally or in writing in Lithuanian, English and Russian, and the firm registers clients as taxpayers and VAT payers. Company formation is a listed service: for clients who sign a twelve-month accounting contract it prepares the full document package for a private limited company, arranges notarisation and registers the company in the Register of Legal Entities. Financial analysis, budgeting and cash-flow planning complement the accounting work.
