Founded by a business lawyer practising since 2002, this Kaunas law firm presents itself as a bridge between lawyers in Europe and the CIS countries and focuses on cross-border business matters. It handles the full incorporation of companies inside Lithuania, electronically or before a notary, and states experience in setting up foreign-capital companies as well as branches and representative offices of foreign companies, including filing with the Register of Legal Entities. For clients expanding abroad, subsidiaries and branches are set up in Germany, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom and several CIS states with partner firms.
