About MB Profinanca

Founded in Vilnius in December 2017 by Karolina Lukšienė, Profinanca is an accounting practice run by two partners, Karolina Lukšienė and Simona Bredichina, each with around 18 years in accounting, supported by a team of thirteen accountants. The firm reports more than 200 business clients and works remotely across Lithuania. A dedicated service line serves Lithuanian companies whose owners live abroad: the team prepares and passes accounting information to the owners, discusses permanent establishment questions and communicates in English, and the site has an English version. For new businesses it prepares the founding documents and assists with registration of an MB, UAB or public institution, then plans the first accounting steps. Sector experience includes e-commerce sellers on Amazon, eBay and Etsy, international and fintech groups, IFRS reporting and consolidation, transport and real estate. Matters outside accounting, such as legal work and liquidations, are handled with partner specialists.
