Justicija opened its first business consulting and legal services centre in Marijampolė in 2004 and moved its main office to Vilnius in 2009, building a combined offer of legal, accounting and company services for start-ups and growing businesses. Its in-house team of lawyers, accountants and business consultants handles company establishment and reorganisation through to liquidation, and a client testimonial notes a company registered on a date of the founders' choosing. Accountants keep the books, run payroll, file declarations and repair neglected accounting, while tax consultants advise on assessment and financial management. The legal side offers subscription packages for a business lawyer, contract drafting, debt recovery, public procurement administration, data protection and occupational safety, with court work referred to partner attorneys. The firm's business consultants belong to the national Enterprising Lithuania network for state-funded consultancy, and the company is an associate member of the Lithuanian Business Confederation.
