Positioned as a fiduciary for the Greater Region, AIBM works from Capellen, west of Luxembourg City, for Luxembourg, French and Belgian companies, entrepreneurs and freelancers. Company formation is handled as its own service: analysis of the project, choice between Sàrl, SA, SCA or a holding, coordination with the notary and partners, bank-account opening and VAT registration.
