Formerly the Centre Général d'Expertises Comptables, founded in 2011, the Strassen practice joined the Belgian LIBRA group in July 2023 and now forms its Tax & Accountancy department in Luxembourg, alongside a separate audit firm and offices in Ans near Liège and La Louvière. The group counts around fifty professionals, the Luxembourg team is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables, and the firm belongs to the JPA International, IR Global and ISFIN networks. LIBRA is an authorised domiciliation agent and lists domiciliation of international companies and international taxation among its Luxembourg services. For SA, SAS, Sàrl and SPF formations it prepares the articles, introduces clients to partner banks, provides the registered office, represents shareholders before the notary by proxy and handles tax, VAT and business permit registrations. Domiciled companies then receive director mandates, bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax and VAT returns, meetings and statutory audit, and a dedicated department handles Islamic finance accounting.

Formation of SA, SAS, Sàrl and SPF includes articles of association, bank introductions, registered office, representation before the notary by proxy, registration with the tax administration, VAT number and business permit applications. Domiciliation adds director mandates, accounting follow-up, annual accounts, tax returns, board and general meetings and statutory audit. Tax work covers direct tax returns, eTVA VAT returns, foreign VAT refunds and audit assistance. Payroll and social missions, Islamic finance accounting and mergers and acquisitions advice are also offered.
