NoW Corporate Solutions presents itself as a new-generation accounting firm in Hesperange, just south of Luxembourg City, founded by senior professionals who had long used such services themselves. It assists professionals of the financial sector and entrepreneurs through definition, set-up, daily management and growth of their projects, with particular experience in real estate, private equity and other alternative investment structures. Corporate services include setting up any Luxembourg vehicle, regulated or not, drafting memoranda and articles, managing business-licence applications with the Ministry of the Economy, providing domiciliation and local directors and keeping statutory registers. The firm keeps accounts, prepares annual and CSSF financial statements, handles VAT registration and filings, corporate tax returns and individual income tax returns for both resident and non-resident taxpayers, and runs payroll. Managing partner Sébastian Philippi leads a team of about a dozen people, and a partner company covers governance, risk and compliance.
