Much of its client base sits in the financial sector, including asset managers, alternative investment structures and banks. For foreign businesses the firm runs a set of international desks: a US Desk for American companies seeking access to Luxembourg and the wider European market, a China Desk offering audit, tax and advisory services, a Grande Région Desk for companies setting up in the cross-border region, and a MENA Desk for families and investors interested in Shariah-compliant structures. Its managed services arm handles accounting for special purpose vehicles, group consolidation under IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP, and corporate secretary work that includes company formation, restructuring and statutory compliance through to liquidation. Fund tax specialists prepare and file tax returns for investment structures, alongside the general tax advisory practice.

The tax practice includes fund tax compliance with return preparation and filing. Audit, deal advisory and consulting complete the offer, and the international desks coordinate these services for US, Chinese, Grande Région and MENA clients.
