About Fiduciaire Intercommunautaire (ICOM)

Since 1998 Fiduciaire Intercommunautaire, known as ICOM, has worked from Strassen, just west of Luxembourg City, as an expert-comptable firm and member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables, serving entrepreneurs, SMEs and international groups. Its founder had previously set up another fiduciary and is also a statutory auditor in France, and the multilingual team includes staff working in French, English, Dutch, Arabic and Italian. In company creation the firm combines tax planning and administration of local and international companies: it advises on the choice of statutes, from capital companies such as the SA and S.à r.l. to partnerships, coordinates with notaries, lawyers and banks in Luxembourg and abroad, and domiciles the new entity. Holding companies, SPFs and SOPARFIs can establish their registered office at its premises under a domiciliation contract. Recurring work covers bookkeeping and annual accounts, tax returns for companies and individuals, payroll and social secretariat, and statutory auditor (commissaire aux comptes) mandates, supported by the My ICOM online portal. The site has French and English versions.

Services

Company creation covers choice of legal form, tax planning, coordination with notaries, lawyers and banks in Luxembourg and abroad, and domiciliation of the new company. Domiciliation for holdings, SPFs and SOPARFIs includes a registered office and administration. Accounting covers bookkeeping and annual accounts; tax covers corporate and personal returns with in-house tax advisers. Payroll and social secretariat, statutory auditor mandates and the My ICOM client portal complete the offer.
