Founded in 2007 in Mersch, Fiduciaire de Mersch took the name fime.lu in 2025 and opened a second office in Mondorf-les-Bains the same year. Company formation is a dedicated service line: the team advises on the legal and tax structure, prepares a financial plan, drafts the by-laws and coordinates with the notary, registers the company with the authorities and for VAT, and files business licence and subsidy applications.
