About Lutz & Associates (L&A Group)

Lutz & Associates is a group of German-Romanian consulting and financial companies based in Timisoara in western Romania, started in 2002 by a manager who previously worked at a Big Four firm. The group builds turn-key solutions for companies that want to expand into or transfer operations within Romania, and it lists clients from Austria, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Tunisia, the United States and Brazil as well as Romanian ones. One division handles international business development, including country studies, location searches, business plans, company start-ups, interim management and customs process improvement. A separate accounting division provides certified tax accounting, receivables and payables and primary accounting meeting Romanian standards. It also manages external suppliers such as lawyers, notaries and auditors for clients. The site is in English, gives no prices and does not describe a formation service as such.
