Founded in Alicante in 1978 and now in its fourth generation of lawyers, this boutique practice combines a law firm with tax advisers and accountants. A team of twelve works from offices in Alicante and Barcelona, with a further office planned for Madrid. The firm says roughly 60 percent of its clients are international, and it has built a specialism in cross-border taxation: tax residence, the Beckham regime for incoming workers, digital nomads, non-resident owners of Spanish property, asset declarations abroad, and the special tax position of EU and UN officials and diplomats. For Spanish businesses it offers a single point of contact for tax, bookkeeping, payroll and corporate housekeeping, backed by in-house litigators who represent clients before the tax authorities and courts. The team works in Spanish, English, French and German and the website is available in all four.

Services

Business clients receive recurring tax filings, VAT, corporate income tax, bookkeeping, monthly closings, annual accounts and Registry filings, payroll and social security, plus corporate housekeeping such as minutes, director and capital changes. Commercial law work includes incorporation and running of companies, shareholder agreements, business sales and contract disputes. International taxation covers tax residence, double-tax treaties, non-resident income tax, Form 720 and holding structures. Individuals can also use civil, family, inheritance and estate-planning services, and tax litigation before the TEAR, TEAC and courts. Fees are quoted as fixed proposals.
